Email notifications — Hearing reminders and case status updates
Where Your Data Is Stored
Database — PlanetScale Postgres, hosted in India (AWS ap-south-1, Mumbai) and encrypted at rest
Application delivery — Cloudflare (edge processing and file storage; no case data is retained at the edge)
File storage — Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
AI processing — Anthropic Claude API (data not used for model training)
Email delivery — Resend
Your Rights Under DPDPA 2023
As a data principal, you have the right to:
Access — Request a copy of your personal data at any time
Correction — Update or correct your personal information
Erasure — Request permanent deletion of your data
Withdraw consent — Revoke consent for specific data processing purposes

Data Retention
Case data for disposed cases is automatically deleted after the retention period configured by your organisation (default: 3 years). Account data is deleted upon request with a 48-hour notice period as required by law.
